Organizers: Austrian Study Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution (ASPR), with support of the OSCE

This two-week training programme is designed to provide participants with:

- The knowledge of the history, functioning, and current activities of the OSCE;

- Training in working more effectively within the OSCE diplomatic and OSCE-NGO spheres;

- Capabilities in preventive diplomacy, peace-making, peace-keeping and peace-building.

Participants will be taught by leading scholars in OSCE studies, senior diplomats with experience in OSCE diplomacy, international trainers with long-term field experience, and other international experts. The student body will consist of diplomats, graduate students, and practitioners.
